BUFFALO CHICKEN SLIDERS

VIKING FOOTBALL IS BACK. We are pretttttttty big football fans at our house. I mean, Carter is actually insane about it. I've seen him rip a t-shirt from his body in rage, and in happiness. MORE THAN ONCE. We like to host the games at our house, and I'm always searching for something tasty and easy to feed a big group. These buffalo chicken sliders are soooo good and super easy to make. They're not terribly spicy either. 

INGREDIENTS

4 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast

1 16 oz. bottle of Buffalo Sauce (I use Sweet Baby Rays) 

1 Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning mix packet

2 tablespoons butter

Buns

DIRECTIONS

Rinse the chicken breast with water and remove all fat.

Place chicken breasts in crock pot, season with salt and pepper, add buffalo sauce and cook on high for 4 hours.

Remove the chicken from the crock pot and shred it, using two forks or tongs. 

Add the shredded chicken back to the crock pot, add the ranch mix and the butter, and stir until the butter is melted and ingredients are well-mixed.

Serve on the roll of your choice. I highly recommend the King's Hawaiian Sweet Rolls. 

Add diced celery or cheese for a little extra somethin somethin.
